DECALOGUE GOOD LIFE





1 - Waking desperézate stretch and get up slowly
2- Thanks the new day and live each moment with
3- Mobilize your face in the mirror making all kinds of faces for a smile insured
4- Be generous: give away smiles. You can brighten the day to others
5- Make 2 or 3 breaths conscious, calm and complete, every time that change of activity or need to calm the mind.
6- Listen to your body. Exercise daily and watch your food
7- Be optimistic. The day is full of fun and happy moments. Do not miss out: live them!
8- Choose well your friends.
9- Forever that have occasion: sings, dances, plays and laughs
10- Do not pollute too negative information.
